TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

This section includes a list of frequently asked questions for
problems you may encounter with your forehead thermometer. If
your thermometer is not operating as you think it should, check
here before arranging for servicing.

Remedy
Replace with new batteries

Insert the batteries correctly

Clean the sensor probe
