PERIODIC MAINTENANCE AND ADJUSTMENT

Replacing the fuses

The main fuse is located under the igni-
tor unit panel.
The fuse box, which contains the fuses
for the individual circuits, is located be-
hind the storage compartment cover.
(See page 4-16.)

5. Ignition fuse
6. Carburetor heater fuse

If a fuse is blown, replace it as follows.
TIP
Include steps 1–3 and 8–9 only for the
main fuse.
1. Remove the rider seat. (See page
4-13.)
2. Remove
the
shown.

3. Pull the ignitor unit panel outward
to the right.

2. Spare main fuse
3. Main fuse

4. Turn the key to "OFF" and turn off
the electrical circuit in question.
