ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS WARNING NOTE: To avoid floor damage, set washer onto cardboard Electrical Shock Hazard before moving it. Plug into a grounded 3 prong outlet. Move washer Do not remove ground prong. Do not use an adapter. Do not use an extension cord. Failure to follow these instructions can result in death, fire, or electrical shock. -

Remove transport bolts from Place power cord over top washer Remove the yellow shipping strap from the cord. Gently Loosen bolts with a 1/2" (13 mm) wrench. Slide each bolt and place power cord over top of washer to allow free access spacer to center of hole. -

CONNECT INLET HOSES Remove drain hose form (floor drain installations only) Insert new flat washers A. Coupling B. Washer IMPORTANT: To avoid leaks, check that your water inlet hoses have flat washers at both ends. Washer must be connected to water faucets with new inlet hoses with flat washers (not provided). -

LEVEL WASHER Connect inlet hoses to washer Leveling your washer properly reduces excess noise and vibration. Check levelness of washer Place level here Attach hot water hose to hot water inlet valve. Screw coupling by hand until it is snug. Use pliers to tighten couplings an additional two-thirds turn. -

WARNING Adjust leveling feet Electrical Shock Hazard Jam nut Plug into a grounded 3 prong outlet. Do not remove ground prong. Do not use an adapter. Do not use an extension cord. If washer is not level, use a 9/16" or 14 mm open-end or Failure to follow these instructions can result in death, adjustable wrench to turn jam nuts clockwise on feet until they fire, or electrical shock.
