The following options are avail-
able with optional shoe-mount-
ed fl ash units.

The fl ash control mode selected with the fl ash
unit. This can in some cases be adjusted from the
camera; the options available vary with the fl ash.

TTL: TTL mode. Adjust fl ash compensation (

M: The fl ash fi res at the selected output regard-
less of subject brightness or camera settings.
Output in some cases can be adjusted from the

MULTI: Repeating fl ash. The fl ash fi res multiple
times with each shot.

OFF: The fl ash does not fi re. Some fl ash units can
be turned off from the camera.
