power supply is too low ?

too high? Does the
outdoor unit has bad
air circulation?

Check if the outdoor
fan can run properly?
Yes
Disconnect with the power
and replace the main PCB.
Turn on the units and check
if the problem remains
Yes Repair the power supply.
Yes Correct the operation condition.
Correct the connection of fan
