Problem
Slow product water flow
from the Reverse Osmosis
faucet
Water leaking from
faucet airgap hole

Possible Causes
Vacuum created in
the storage area for
product water.
Drain side of faucet
airgap (3/8" tubing)
plugged, restricted or
incorrectly connected to
the drain point.
What To Do
• Open the vacuum relief
valve and allow the tank to
fill with air.
• Inspect and eliminate
restriction of plug. Refer to
Installation Instructions for
proper drain connection.
