Sounds and notifications
Change settings for various sounds on the device.
On the Settings screen, tap DEVICE → Sounds and notifications.
• N otifications: Adjust the volume level for notifications.
• M edia: Adjust the volume level for music and videos.
• S ystem: Adjust the volume level for system sounds.
• S ound mode: Set the device to use sound mode or silent mode.
• V ibration intensity: Adjust the force of the vibration notification.
• N otification ringtone: Select a ringtone for events, such as incoming messages.
• O ther sounds: Change the system sound settings.
• D o not disturb: Set the device to mute incoming call and notification sounds, except for
allowed exceptions.
• N otifications on lock screen: Set whether or not to show the content of notifications on
the locked screen.
• A pplication notifications: Change the notification settings for each app.
• N otification access: Select apps to display their all notifications on the notifications
panel.
