About Settings

Use this app to configure the device, set app options, and add accounts.
Tap Settings on the Apps screen.
To search for settings by entering keywords, tap

Wi-Fi
Activate the Wi-Fi feature to connect to a Wi-Fi network and access the Internet or other
network devices.
On the Settings screen, tap CONNECTIONS → Wi-Fi, and then tap the Wi-Fi switch to activate
it.
The device can maintain a stable network connection by automatically selecting either the
Wi-Fi or mobile network to use the strongest signal.
To use options, tap .
• S can: Search for available networks.
• W i-Fi Direct: Activate Wi-Fi Direct and connect devices directly via Wi-Fi to share files.
• A dvanced: Customise Wi-Fi settings.
• W PS push button: Connect to a secured Wi-Fi network with a WPS button.
• W PS PIN entry: Connect to a secured Wi-Fi network with a WPS PIN.
• S hare Wi-Fi profile: Share available Wi-Fi profiles.
• H elp: View help information for Wi-Fi.
