ID/Password Change

Select "Basic Config" and "System Security" and then "ID/Password Change" to
open the screen shown in Figure 3-8. On this screen, you can configure the user-
name/password.

New User ID
New Password
New Password
(Confirm)
Note: Do not forget your username and password.
These settings are required to log in to the console, SSH, Telnet, and Web.

Enter the current username.
This setting is used to log in to this Switching Hub. "manager" is the factory
default setting.
Enter the current password.
This setting is used to log in to this Switching Hub. "manager" is the factory
default setting.
Enter a new username.
Enter a new password.
Enter a password again to prevent erroneous password input.
