Pen detection sensitivity
adjustment
If you are using the Interactive Pen Device in
too bright a room, the pen position may not
be detected accurately and may cause
drawing errors. This function adjusts the pen
detection sensitivity to optimize the system
to the brightness of the room.
While using the Interactive Pen Device, the
pen may not be able to draw or the lines may
cut intermittently under the following
conditions. In this case, click this button to
improve the symptoms.
• A bright light is used or there is sunlight
and the entire environment is bright.
• The screen is directly exposed to a bright
light or sunlight.
Note
During adjustment, the picture will turn black.

Management Tools
Save (whiteboard mode only)
Saves the drawings as PNG files. The file is
named based on the page number of the
whiteboard mode and the time displayed on
the clock on the main pen toolbar.

Notes
• If the capacity of the projector is 500KB or
less, the save button turns gray and is
disabled. Delete unnecessary files from
the projector (page 57).
• You cannot save the annotation that is
added on the screen in desktop mode.
• If you turn off the projector during
drawing, the whiteboard data will not be
saved and disappear. Save necessary data
before you turn off the projector.

Display/delete files (whiteboard mode
only)
Displays/deletes the selected file.
If you click the folder icon
data that is saved in the projector will be
displayed in the list. You can select the files
to display or delete. Click the Apply button
to display the files. To delete the files (you
can also select multiple files), click
"Yes" in the confirmation dialogue box to
delete the files.
Select the file that you want to delete (you
can also select multiple files), then click
to open the confirmation dialogue box. Click
"Yes" to delete the file.
Notes
• If the file is opened, only the opened file
will be displayed on the page.
• You can only use alphanumeric characters
for the file name. If other characters than
alphanumeric characters is input for the
file name, the file name will not be
displayed on the Saved Pictures window.
(Then, a warning message will be
displayed.)
Restore to the saved data
(whiteboard mode only)
Restores the drawing data to the data that
was saved the last time. If you click the icon,
the confirmation dialog box will appear.
Click "Yes."
