The front wheel lift-off detec-
tion is switched on and pre-
vents the front wheel from lift-
ing off.

with Dynamic ESA
Dynamic ESA
It is possible to choose from
the ROAD and DYNAMIC
damping versions.
Basic setting = ROAD
Throttle response
Reserved: Twisting the throt-
tle produces a virtually linear
increase in power while the en-
gine's response is smooth.
The maximum torque is not
provided. The torque curve for
rain applies.
For motorcycles with power re-
duction: with the coding plug,
the torque curve for rain ap-
plies. The operating permit for
public roads is voided.
The overrun cutoff is activated.
The overrun acoustics are de-
activated.

ROAD riding mode

Default mode
ROAD
The
riding mode offers
safety and riding stability on dry
roads.
ABS
The behavior of the ABS sys-
tem is comparable to that of
the RAIN riding mode.
The ABS system always inter-
venes early enough to prevent
the wheels from locking up and
the rear wheel from lifting off
the ground if possible.
Maximum support for integral
pressure buildup when only the
handbrake lever is actuated.
ABS for rear wheel is activated.
The rear wheel lift-off detec-
tion function is activated. The
rear wheel is to remain on the
ground at all times.

with ABS Pro
ABS Pro is fully available. The
inclination the motorcycle has
when braking in curves is re-
duced to a minimum.
ASC
The ASC system intervenes
early enough to always prevent
the rear wheel from spinning if
possible. However, ASC offers
less support than in the RAIN
riding mode.
The front wheel lift-off detec-
tion is switched on and pre-
vents the front wheel from lift-
ing off.
