Using the Menu Screen

Configure a variety of camera functions through the menu screen as
follows. Menu items are grouped by purpose on tabs, such as shooting
[
], playback [
], and so on. Note that available menu items vary
depending on the selected shooting or playback mode ( = 130 –
= 132).

Access the menu screen.
Touch [
], and then touch [

Choose a tab.
Touch a tab to choose it.
].
To undo any accidental setting changes, you can restore the
camera's default settings ( = 110).
You can also choose the tab by moving the zoom ring in step 2.

Choose a menu item.
Drag the menu items up or down to scroll
them, or touch a menu item to choose it.
For menu items with options not shown,
first touch the item to switch screens, and
then either drag up or down to scroll or
touch an item to choose it.
To return to the previous screen, touch
[
].

Choose an option.
For options displayed with [ ][ ] on
either side, touch [ ][ ] to change the
option.
For menu items displayed with a bar
to indicate the level, touch the desired
position on the bar.

Finish the setup process.
Touch [
] to return to the screen
displayed before you touched [
]
in step 1.
