Time Cooking
During convectioncooking, a
heatingelement is used to raise
the temperatureof the air inside
the oven. A fan gently circulates
this heated air throughoutthe
oven, over and around the food,
producinggolden brown
exteriorsand rich, moist
interiors.Because the heated air
is kept constantly moving, not
permitting a layerof cooler air to
developaround the food; some
foods cook faster than in
conventionaloven cooking.

Step 1:
Touch Convection COOK
pad. Time of day disappears from
the display and "Enter Conv Temp"
Wshes.
Step
3: TouchSTART.The selected
oven temperaturedisappearsand
'~200"appearsuntiloventemperature
reaches 200°F., then displaysoven
temperatureuntilpresettemperature
is reached.Ovensignalsand "Enter
Conv Time" flasheswhen temperature
is reached. If you do not open door
within 30 minutes, the ovenwill
turn itself off automatically.
Step 4: When ovenis preheated,
place food in oven.
When the door is opened, "Hot"
appears on display.
Step 5: Set the desired cooking
time in hours and minutes by
touching number pads in sequence.
For example, to set 2 hours and 30
minutes, touch number pads 2, 3,
and Oin that order. This time
appears in the display as "2H:30~'
To enter time lessthan one hour, for
example, 30 minutes, touch 3 and
O.Display shows "H:30" until
Start is touched.
Step
2: Enter the oven temperature
by touching the number pads that

Step 6: TouchSTARTpad. The
displayshowsremainingcooking
time. If time is less than 1 hour
displayshowsminutesand seconds.
If longer,time countsdown minute
by minuteuntil 59 minutes remain,
then switchesto displayminutes
and seconds. When cooking is
completed,the displayshows"End"
and the oven signalsand turns off.

Step 1:If your recipe does not
require preheating, touch the
ConvectionCOOK pad. "Enter
Conv Temp" flashes.
Step 2: Enter the oven temperature
by touching the number pads that
correspond to the desired oven
temperature. For example, touch
number pads 2,2 and 5 for 225°F.
"Enter Conv Cook Time" flashes.
Step 3: Set the desired cooking
time in hours and minutes by
touching number pads in sequence.
For example, to set 2 hours and 30
minutes, touch number pads 2, 3
and O,in that order. This time
appears in the display as "2H:30~'
To enter time less than onc hour,
for example, 30 minutes, touch 3
and O.The display shows "14:30"
until Start is touched.
Step 4: Touch STARTpad.
Cooking begins and cooking time
counts down as described above.
