Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Your meter needs little or no maintenance with normal use. It automatically tests its own
systems every time you turn it on and lets you know if something is wrong.
If you drop the meter or think it is not giving accurate results, call the Accu-Chek Enquiry
Line on 1800 251 816.
To make sure the display is working properly, turn off the meter, then press and hold to
see the complete display. All the segments should be clear and look exactly like the picture
below. If not, call the Accu-Chek Enquiry Line on 1800 251 816.
