Read Chapter 4 "Control Testing" and
test again. If you still have problems,
call the Accu-Chek Enquiry Line on

If you chose the wrong control solution
level, you can still compare the control
result to the range printed on the test
strip container.
If they do not match, insert the correct
code chip in the meter and test again.
Repeat the control test with a new test
strip. If you still have problems, call the
