3. Removal of CDR Mechanical Unit
a. Loosen 2 screws (5) on the HDD slot door and open
the HDD slot door. (Fig. 2)
b. Draw the HDD tray forward by about 5.5cm so that it
does not get in the way of the removal work. (Fig. 3)
c. Disconnect the power cable, IDE cable and word clock
cable from the CDR mechanical unit. (Fig. 4)
d. Remove 5 screws (6) and then remove each stopper.
(Fig. 5)
e. Remove the CDR mechanical unit rearward while lifting
it up. (Fig. 5)

4. Disassembly of CDR Mechanical Unit
a. Remove 4 screws (7) and (8) respectively and then
remove the lower frame. (Fig. 6)

b. To open the tray, move the manual eject lever located
on the bottom face. (Fig. 7)
c. Remove the lid upward. (Fig. 6)

3. CDRメカユニットの取り外し
a. リアパネルの⑤のネジ2本をゆるめ、HDDスロットドア
を開きます。 （Fig. 2）
b. 作業の妨げにならないように、HDDトレイを約5.5cm引
き出します。 （Fig. 3）
c. CDRメカユニットから電源ケーブル、IDEケーブル、
ワードクロックケーブルを外します。 （Fig. 4）
d. ⑥のネジ5本を外し、各ストッパーを外します。 （Fig. 5）
e. CDRメカユニットを持ち上げながら後方へ取り出しま
す。 （Fig. 5）

4. CDRメカユニットの分解
a. ⑦のネジ4本、⑧のネジ4本を外し、下フレームを外し
ます。 （Fig. 6）
b. トレーを開ける場合は、底面のマニュアルイジェクトレ

バーを右へ動かして開きます。 （Fig. 7）
c. リッドを上方へ外します。 （Fig. 6）
