To secure the SUB boards, a special bond is required.

If replacing the SUB board,
disconnect the SUB board from the LCD board,
and clear off the remaining bond with a cutter,
etc. and then apply the bond and install new board.
In clearing off the remaining bond with a cutter,
take care not to damage the board or mounted parts.
