mation is received by the local telephone company.
In the first displayline you see a bell:
if you have not applied for Caller ID service,

if the caller has chosen to block his or her name,

if the name is not available to your telephone com-

Handset speakerphone
Using your handset speakerphone offers the following
advantages:
Before dialing, you hear the dial tone without having

to lift the handset to your ear.
Other people can listen in and join on the call.

Leaves your hands free, for example to take notes.

o Dial the desired number.

Press the speakerphone key
Using the handset speakerphone during a call

Press to turn on the handset speakerphone.
To set the volume during a call, press the speakerpho-

ne key
again.
Raise or lower the volume using the navi key.
Save
Save the volume level.

To change from speakerphone to the handset, press
Talk. To end the call, press End or place the handset in
the charger.

End the call.
If you want to place the handset in the charging
unit during a call (if for example the battery is
low), keep the speakerphone key u pressed
while placing it in the charger.
