I DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURE / 分解手順
(Remove parts in the order as numbered.)
Disconnect the power cable from the AC outlet.
1. Removal of Top Cover
a. Remove 2 screws (1), 4 screws (2) and 5 screws (3).
(Fig. 1)
b. Slide the Top Cover rearward to remove it. (Fig. 1)
2. Removal of Front Panel
a. Remove the BASS and TREBLE knobs (4). (Fig. 1)
b. Remove 6 screws (5) and then remove the Front
Panel forward. (Fig. 1)
3. Removal of Sub Chassis
a. Remove 4 push rivets (6) and then remove the Side
Plates. (Fig. 2)
b. Remove 2 screws (7) and 2 screws (8). (Fig. 2)
c. Remove CB202, CB509, CB801, CB981, CB982 and
CB983. (Fig. 3)
d. Remove the Sub Chassis forward. (Fig. 2)
4. Removal of DSP P.C.B.
a. Remove 2 screws (9) and then remove the Supports.
(Fig. 2)
b. Remove 4 screws (0) and then remove the Bracket.
(Fig. 2)
c. Remove 3 screws (A). (Fig. 2)
d. Remove 7 screw (B). (Fig. 4)
e. Remove CB502 and CB503. (Fig. 3)
f. Remove the DSP P.C.B. upward. (Fig. 2)
5. Removal of VIDEO (5) P.C.B.
a. Remove 2 screws (C). (Fig. 2)
b. Remove the VIDEO (5) P.C.B. which is connected
directly to the lower P.C.B. with connectors. (Fig. 2)

AC電源コンセントから、電源コードを抜いてください。
1. トップカバーの外し方
a. ①のネジ2本、②のネジ4本、③のネジ5本を外します。
（Fig. 1）
b. トップカバーを後方へスライドさせ、取り外します。
（Fig. 1）
2. フロントパネルの外し方
a. ④のBASSツマミ、TREBLEツマミを外します。 （Fig. 1）
b. ⑤のネジ6本を外し、フロントパネルを前方に外しま
す。 （Fig. 1）

3. サブシャーシの外し方
a. ⑥のプッシュリベット4本を外し、サイドプレートを取
り外します。 （Fig. 2）
b. ⑦のネジ2本、⑧のネジ2本を外します。 （Fig. 2）
c. CB202、CB509、CB801、CB981∼983を外します。
（Fig. 3）
d. サブシャーシを前方に取り外します。 （Fig. 2）
4. DSP P.C.B.の外し方
a. ⑨のネジ2本を外し、サポートを取り外します。 （Fig. 2）
b. ⑩のネジ4本を外し、ブラケットを取り外します。 （Fig.
2）
c. ⑪のネジ3本を外します。 （Fig. 2）
d. ⑫のネジ7本を外します。 （Fig. 4）
e. CB502、CB503を外します。 （Fig. 3）
f. DSP P.C.B.を上方に取り外します。 （Fig. 2）
5. VIDEO （5） P.C.B.の外し方
a. ⑬のネジ2本を外します。 （Fig. 2）
b. VIDEO （5） P.C.B.を取り外します。下方のP.C.B.と直
接コネクター接続されています。 （Fig. 2）
