Using the IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT WATERPROOF OPERATION For proper waterproof operation, make sure the waterproof cover on the right side of the unit is completely flush with the unit by pressing along the entire edge of the cover until it is completely and securely in place. -

Using the Setting Up/Charging the Unit To charge the unit and operate the unit on AC USB AC adaptor (included) power, open the waterproof cover on the right of the unit and connect the included USB charging cable to the USB IN port. Connect the other end to the included USB AC Adaptor, then connect the adaptor to a working wall outlet. -

USB Port. To charge devices via USB, we recommend that the unit be fully charged first. The iBT9 will not charge external devices via USB when internal rechargeable battery is too low (battery indicator is blinking). While the unit will automatically power off after 15 minutes if no audio is detected (to save battery power), it will continue to charge your device via USB for up to 1 hour when powered off. -
