Maintenance Chart

The following chart is a guide based on average riding conditions. You
may need to increase frequency based on riding conditions. When
inspection reveals the need for replacement parts, always use genuine
Polaris parts, available from your Polaris dealer.

Test tether strap
Check track condition
Test throttle safety switch
Check throttle lever operation
Check operation of headlights,
taillight, brakelight
Check park brake function
Check oil level
Check coolant level
Check track alignment
Steering arm and tie rod ends
Check throttle cable condition
Check battery fluid level
Check track tension
Check chaincase oil level
Check gearcase oil level
Check drive chain tension
Check drive belt condition
Check for and tighten loose
suspension mounting bolts
Tighten ski saddle/spindle bolts
Check front limiter strap
condition, tighten bolts
Check ski skags- replace when
worn to half original diameter
