Cell-phone can`t power on.
Check the Battery Voltage.
Is it more than 3.4V?
Check the key-FPCB
(open, etc)
Power-on the phone and check
the power-on sound.
Sound is ok?
Check the U701 output voltage
(C737 > 1.8V, C738 > 1.2V,
C734 > 1.2V, C735 > 1.3V
C736 > 1.2V)
Check the Clock OSC700(C715)
Is that frequency 32KHz?
Check the U701 output signal
(nRESPWRON(R704) > 1.8V)
check the initial operation
