The ConvertibleMeatPan drawer
has its own cold air ductto allowa
streamof cold air fromthe freezer
compartmentto flow aroundthe
drawer.
The variable temperature control
regulatesthe air flow from the
freezercompartment.

Drawerscan easilybe removedby
tiltingup slightlyand pullingpast
"stop"location.
To remove drawers when the
fresh food compartment door
cannot be opened fully:
1. Removefood fromthe shelf
abovethe Moist 'nFreshdrawer
and takeout the shelf.Takefood
off the glasscoverand out of
drawer.
2. Removethe flexiblegasketat
the rear of the Moist'n Fresh
drawer.Lift eachend straightup
untilthe slotson the gasketare
free of the drawersupporttabs.
Set controlleverto MEAT—the
coldestsetting—tostorefresh
meats. If leveris left in meat
positionfor a long periodof time,
somefrost may form on the inside
of the drawer.
Set controllever to VEG to
convertthe drawerto normal
refrigeratortemperatureand
provideextra vegetablestorage
space.Cold air ductis turnedoff.
Variablesettingsbetweenthese
extremescan be selected.
3. Pull the drawerpart-wayout.
Reach in, push the rear of the glass
up and, at the sametime, push it
back untilit clearsthe front corner
retainers.
4. Tilt and removethe cover.
