GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Mobiflex 200-M is a self-contained system for the
removal and filtration of welding fume particles and
other particulate. It is a low vacuum, high volume sys-
tem that uses a spring balanced, articulated arm to
provide localized ventilation for welding or other appli-
cations. With large rear wheels and front casters, it is
suitable for use in relatively small workshops or on
mobile fume sources. A wheel locking mechanism
provides stability while positioning the arm. The
Mobiflex 200-M is suitable for light duty, intermittent
use. It has an 18 ft. (6 m) input cord with a standard
115VAC, 1ph, 60Hz plug. The filter system features a
spark arrester and a square, disposable paper filter
cartridge with a filtering efficiency of 99.8%. Fume is
captured on the inside of the cartridge, keeping hands
clean during filter maintenance.
The Mobiflex 200-M can be used with either a
10 ft. or 13 ft. extraction arm. The hood of the arm can
be retrofitted with a 24VAC lamp kit with remote,
hood-mounted switch for the blower. An automatic
start/stop arc sensor is also available for use with the
lamp kit.

This device automatically switches the Mobiflex unit
