1.Checklist :
1) Is the input voltage of outdoor terminal block is normal?
2) Is the reactor wire connected?
3) Is the DC_link capacitor(ASV18P**:CE101,CE102,CE103,ASV24P**:CE001,CE002,CE003,CE004)) assembled in
accordance the specification? (Outdoor PBA)
4) Is the DC_link resistor(ASV18P**:R104,R106,R107,R108,ASV24P**:R004,R005,R006,R007) value is normal? (Outdoor PBA)
Isthe connected of reactor wire?
(PBA-Reactor)
YES
Restart after power off.
Start the operation (cooling mode or heating mode)
Is the DC_link voltage (CE101 or
CE001) is normal in operation
mode?
Normal range(280Vdc~320Vdc)
YES
Isthe DC_link sensing voltage(R104
or R004) is normal in operation
mode?
Normal range (0.2Vdc~2.8Vdc)
YES
Is the reactor insulation damaged?
YES
Exchangethe Reactor
