read t he r elease n otes, u ninstall y our c urrent v ersion ( if r equired p er t he R elease N otes) m aking s ure t o
keep y our r egistration i nformation a ctive ( when p rompted), a nd i nstall t he n ew v ersion o f s oftware.
Alternatively, y ou c an u pdate t he v Space S erver s oftware d irectly o ver t he I nternet b y s electing " vSpace
Server U pdate" f rom t he S tart m enu.
Note: I f t he " Enter P assword" w indow a ppears, e nter t he v Space S erver a dministrator p assword
you s elected d uring v Space S erver i nstallation.
Click t he " Connect" b utton t o c heck f or a s oftware u pdate. I f t here i s a n ew v ersion a vailable, c lick o n
the " Download" b utton t o s tart t he u pdate p rocess. I f t here i s n o n ew v ersion a vailable, c lick o n t he
"Exit" b utton. W hen t he d ownload i s c omplete, t he i nstallation o f t he n ew v ersion w ill b egin.
Uninstallation
To u ninstall t he v Space S erver s oftware, s elect " Uninstall v Space S erver" u nder t he " NComputing v Space
Server" f older i n t he S tart m enu ( or s elect v Space S erver f rom t he A dd/Remove P rograms u tility i n t he
Windows C ontrol P anel). F ollow t he u ninstall u tility's p rompts t o r emove t he p rogram c omponents.
After v Space S erver i s u ninstalled, y ou m ust r estart t he h ost c omputer t o c omplete t he r emoval p rocess.
