Coffee Frappe
Ingredients:

200ml strong coffee,

6 scoops of low fat frozen yogurt

6 ice cubes

70g raspberries

200ml cranberry juice

70ml triple sec

35ml vodka

400ml pineapple juice
•
4 scoops of pineapple sorbet
•
200ml coconut milk
•
70ml white rum
•
3 ice cubes
Peach Bellini
Serves 3-4
Ingredients:
•
2 peaches, peeled, pitted and
cut into slices
•
100ml peach snapps
•
140ml sparkling wine, chilled
•
6 ice cubes

Add all the ingredients to the Beaker.

Place the ice cubes into a glass and pour the cocktail over before
serving.
