Coffee Frappe
Ingredients:
200ml strong coffee,
6 scoops of low fat frozen yogurt
6 ice cubes

Ingredients:
100g strawberries, stemmed and
sliced
3 scoops of lemon sorbet
70ml vodka
3 ice cubes
200ml apple juice
Raspberry & Cranberry Cosmo Freeze
Ingredients:
70g raspberries
200ml cranberry juice
70ml triple sec
35ml vodka
3 ice cubes
Pina Colada
Serves 2-3
Ingredients:
400ml pineapple juice
4 scoops of pineapple sorbet
200ml coconut milk
70ml white rum
3 ice cubes
Peach Bellini
Serves 3-4
Ingredients:
2 peaches, peeled, pitted and
cut into slices
100ml peach snapps
140ml sparkling wine, chilled
6 ice cubes

Place the ice cubes into a glass and pour the cocktail over before
serving.
