Take special care when mowing on uneven or irregular ground. The mower may tip over,
thus uncovering the blade; also, the blade may throw out objects which were previously
hidden.
Keep the four wheels firmly on the ground.
Control the direction of the mower using the handle and not by exercing pressure on the
blade casing with your foot.
CAUTION:
When mowing around an obstacle, be careful that the blade does not hit it. Never push the

mower directly over an object.
When mowing an uneven area, do not let yourself be pulled along by the mower. Hold the
•
handle firmly and control its advance.

NOTE: If the mower's speed becomes too slow when mowing on a slope, move the shift lever
slightly towards the "FAST" position.

Il convient d'être particulièrement prudent, lorsqu'on tond un sol au relief accidenté et
irrégulier. La tondeuse peut alors se renverser, mettant ainsi la lame à découvertx; en
outre, la lame risque de projeter des objets demeurés jusqu'alors cachés.
Bien maintenir les quatre roues au sol.
Contrôler la direction de la tondeuse par le guidon et non pas par une pression du pied
sur le carter de la lame.
PRÉCAUTION :
Lorsqu'on doit contourner un obstacle, prendre garde à ne pas le heurter avec la lame. Ne

jamais passer la tondeuse délibérément sur un objet.
Lorsqu'on tond une surface au relief accidenté, ne pas se laisser tirer par la tondeuse,

maintenir fermement le guidon de la tondeuse et surveiller sa progression.

NOTE : Si la vitesse de la tondeuse se trouve par trop réduite lorsque l'on tond sur une pente,
déplacer légèrement le levier de changement de vitesse vers la position "RAPIDE".
