Ongoing Regulatory

There's a possibility that other regulatory certificates will be required during the life of the
product. It is the responsibility of the supplier to provide related documentation.
DQE Test Items Template
Product Release Test: DQE/DQA:
The objective of Design Quality Assurance process is to define the activities to be taken by
concerning within the Product Creation Process to manage the quality and reliability of products
in a more coherent and systematic approach.
The scope of Design Quality Assurance process covers all activities to ensure the design quality
and reliability in Product Creation Process that starts from RFQ, Kick-off, EVT, DVT and PVT,
Product release phase & Pilot run and CR & MP phase.
Design Quality Assurance procedure covers the system flow charts and the activities described
as below.

Specification input and update

The product specification shall be initiated by MMD and supported by concerned engineering
department such as E/M/S, Safety/Approbation Group and DQE before RFQ. It must be
updated in each product creation milestone. DQE engineers will be responsible to make product
quality and reliability definition based on the product characteristics and requirements.
10.3

Design quality evaluation capability qualification

During the product creating process, the DQE has to support to regulate the supplier design
quality and reliability evaluation capability to ensure the supplier is qualified to create the best
quality and reliability product to provide to MMD.
