Problem
The colour of the
image is strange.
Image is noisy.
Power Indicator

Please adjust White Balance by the Camera Setup window.
Please refer to Page 67.
Please check if the colour setting of the PC is 16 bits or
more.
If the object is dark, it will have more noise on the image.
Please make the condition around the Network Camera
brighter.
Wrong power line frequency makes noise on the screen.

Please check if the standard AC adaptor is used.
Please check if the Indicator Control is disabled. Please
refer to Page 72 for the Indicator Control window.
Please check if you can access the Network Camera with the
web browser.
When the Update Firmware failed, please refer to Page
101.
The breakdown of the server or the congestion on the
network traffic in using DHCP can prevent the Network
Camera from getting the IP address. Please ask the
network administrator or ISP.
If you cannot access the Network Camera, the Network
Camera hardware may be defective. Please ask the
authorised Network Camera dealer.
The traffic of the network, PC performance and the object
of the image affect the refreshing interval. The network
congestion causes refreshing interval slower than the set
up.
When more than one clients were viewing, the refreshing
interval becomes slower.
Ethernet switching hub can smooth the refreshing interval
especially in viewing on the Multi-Camera screen.
