    Product Additional Products You can power link up to 16 COLORpalette™ products on 120 VAC or up to 31 COLORpalette™ products on 230 VAC. The power linking diagram corresponds to the North American version of the product ONLY! If using the product in other markets, you must consult with the local Chauvet distributor as power linking connectors and requirements may differ in your country or region.

    Before mounting the product, read and follow the safety recommendations indicated in the Safety Notes. Orientation The COLORpalette™ may be mounted in any position; however, make sure adequate ventilation is provided around the product. · Rigging Before deciding on a location for the product, always make sure there is easy access to the product for maintenance and programming purposes.

    Address The COLORpalette™ uses up to 27 DMX channels in a 27-CH DMX mode, which defines the highest configurable address to 486. The DMX personality is selected by the position of DMX channel 1.

    DMX controller. Products in standalone mode may transmit DMX signals that could interfere with the DMX signals from the controller. To run the COLORpalette™ on a static color, follow the instructions below: Static Color Press <MODE> until dxxx or Axxx shows on the display.

    The COLORpalette™ is compatible with the IRC-6 infrared remote control from Chauvet. IRC-6 Infrared Make sure to point the IRC-6 directly at the receiver on the front of the product. Remote Control IRC-6 Operation Static Color Mode Static Color mode will enable the product to output a preset color.

    Master/Slave The Master/Slave mode allows a single COLORpalette™ product (the master) to control the actions of one or more COLORpalette™ products (the slaves) without the need of a Mode DMX controller. The master product will be set to operate in either Automatic or Sound- Active mode, while the slave products will be set to operate in Slave mode.
