Note: CDs with any affixed labels may
jam in the CD player. Label a CD using
a permanent marker. If more than one
CD is inserted into the slot at one time,
or if scratched or damaged CDs are
played, the CD player could be dam-
aged. When using the CD player, use
only CDs in good condition without
labels; load one CD at a time; and keep
the CD player and the loading slot free
of foreign materials, liquids and debris.
MP3 Controls
All of the CD player functions work the
same while playing an MP3, except for
the following:
5DN (Down): Press this button to go to
the previous directory.
6UP: Press this button to go to the next
directory.
TRACK (Previous/Next File): Turn this
knob one notch to go to the first track in
the previous folder or to go to the next
folder. The player will continue moving
backward or forward through the CD
with each turn of the knob.
DIR (Directory): Press and release this
button to repeat tracks in the current
directory. Press and release this button
twice to repeat the tracks in all of the
directories. Press and release the button
again to turn off repeat play.

Wiper/Washer Controls

The lever on the right side of the steer-
ing column operates the front and rear
windshield wipers. Move the lever to the
following positions to operate the front
wipers:
HI (High Speed): Move the lever to this
position to wipe at high speed.
LO (Low Speed): Move the lever to this
position to wipe steadily at slow speed.
INT (Intermittent): Move the lever to
this position to choose a delayed wiping
cycle.
OFF: Move the lever to this position to
turn off the windshield wipers.
To wash the windshield, pull the lever
toward you. When you release it, the
washers will stop, then continue for
several cycles and go to their previous
setting.
Rear Wiper/Washer: Push the lever
away from you to operate the rear wiper.
The wiper operates continuously in the
first position. Push it to the second posi-
tion and washer fluid will spray onto the
rear window.
