■ SELF-DIAGNOSTIC FUNCTION / ダイアグ（自己診断機能）
This unit has self-diagnostic functions that are intended
for inspection, measurement and location of faulty point.
There are 11 menu items.
Listed in the table below are self-diagnostic function menu
items.
Note: Some of the menu items listed below may not apply
to the models covered in this service manual.

● Starting Self-Diagnostic Function
Turn the BALANCE knob unit, TREBLE knob unit and BASS
knob unit clockwise fully and then while pressing down the
"AUDIO MUTE" switch, set the "STANDBY/ON, OFF" (U, K,
A, B, G, L, V, S models) / " " (Power) (T model) switch to
the "ON" position.
The self-diagnostic function mode is activated.

When the self-diagnostic function mode is selected,
illuminance of the indicator in the meter section is 30%
(dim), thereby you know that the self-diagnostic function
is at work.

本機には、検査、測定、不良個所の発見を目的にしたダ
イアグ（自己診断機能）があります。
ダイアグには 11 個のメニューがあります。
下表はダイアグメニュー一覧です。
注意： 以下のメニュー項目の一部は、 このサービスマニュ
アルに記載されているモデルに適用されない場合
があります。

● ダイアグの起動
BALANCE つまみ、TREBLE つまみ、および BASS つまみ
を右いっぱいに回し、 AUDIO MUTE スイッチを押し下
げながら STANDBY/ON、OFF （電源）スイッチを ON
にします。
ダイアグが起動します。
※ ダイアグモードではメーター部のインジケーター照度
が 30％（暗い状態）になっており、ダイアグを起動
していることが判別できます。
