To decrease the length of the power cord: Grasp the power cord a few inches away from where it attaches to the coffeemaker. Slowly feed it into the coffeemaker. Setting the clock (models URX20 URX23, URX30 and URX33 only) The clock flashes on the control panel to indicate that it has not been set.
Adding water and ground coffee Open the brew basket lid and lift out the removable filter basket. Place a MR. COFFEE@ brand 8-I 2 cup paper filter or a MR. COFFEE@ permanent gold-tone filter in the removable filter basket. Add the desired amount of ground coffee to the filter.
Fill it with the desired amount of tap water. Replace the reservoir on the coffeemaker, making sure that it is firmly attached to the coffeemaker body Make sure the reservoir is squarely centered on the coffeemaker or the water may overflow.
