The MDT3F and MDT4F are combination ice
makers and dispensers. The refrigeration system
is air cooled, using R-134a as a refrigerant. The
control system uses electric eyes as a bin control
and a water level sensor as the water safety
control. As ice is made, it fills a plastic storage bin.
When ice is needed, a motor rotates a stainless
steel vane inside the storage bin and sweeps the
ice into the spout.
