Running the Micro-Browser in the
Background
Some phones are set to run a micro-browser session in
the background when the phone registers with a
network. This lets your phone display information
services messages sent by your service provider (such as
stock updates, news headlines, or sports scores). These
types of services typically are available through
subscription from your service provider.
Turning a Background Micro-Browser Session

Setting Service Preferences
To run a background micro-browser session, you must
indicate your service preferences. Contact your service
provider for more information.
Action
1 Open your home page or go to your service
provider's setup page. Your phone displays a
menu of available folders and channels.
2 Set up your options. The phone runs the
micro-browser in the background and displays
your choices.
