Procedure

1 Lift the latches and disconnect the keyboard cable and the keyboard-
backlight cable from the keyboard-controls board.

3 keyboard cable
2 Note the routing of the touch-pad cable, the I/O-board cable, and the
keyboard-controls board cable, and peel off the cables from the
keyboard.
