Making and Receiving Phone Calls
• If the PIN entered is incorrect, the warning message

• If you enter the PIN correctly, your phone displays an
animated icon and the message
Caution: If you enter an incorrect SIM PIN three times in a row,
your SIM card is disabled and your phone displays the message
SIM Blocked
code, which you can obtain from your service provider. See "SIM
PIN" on page 140 for more details on unblocking your phone.
The PIN can be changed. See "SIM PIN" on page 142 for more
details.

Entering Your Unlock Code

If your phone displays the message
you must use the number keys (
unlocking code.
The unlock code is a four-digit number which is set at
manufacture to 1234. The code can be changed. See "Unlock
Code" on page 141 for more details.
If you forget your unlock code:
1 Press the Menu key
The phone prompts you to enter the security code.
