Guide to the LCD Screen

Menus and messages are displayed on the LCD screen. Select a menu or setting by pressing the
Guide to the Home Screen
The following icons and menus are displayed on the home screen.
Printer Basics
Turns the printer on or off.
Do not turn off while the power light is flashing (while the printer is operating or processing
data).
Unplug the power cord when the power light is off.
Displays the home screen.
Selects the number of pages to print.
Stops the current operation.
Displays menus such as CD/DVD label printing and copying.
Returns to the previous screen.

Use the buttons to select a menu, and then press the OK button to open the selected
menu.
Starts an operation such as printing or copying.
