conditions.
You can specify the following items in MAIL USER SETTINGS:

Specifying Mail Basic Items

Item
Register a SMTP server address.
Register a POP3 server address.
Specifying a checking interval (in
minutes) of POP3 mail.
Specifying the number of retries to
reconnect to the network after
failure.
Specifying a retry interval (in
minutes) to reconnect to the
network after failure.
Specifying the time zone for the
machine.
Specifying a connection port
number of each item.
Specifying the maximum reception
data size.
Specifying the I-Fax transmission
mode.
Specifying if message text is to be
printed when received mail has a
text message.
Specifying whether mail is to be
left on a server when it is larger
than the size specified in the
<MAX. RX DATA SIZE> screen.
Specifying if error mail is to be left
on the server.
