• The volume up/down bu ons on the BT-200 may control
the volume on your device. Device's results may vary.

To loosen the removable
cable management clip.

Troubleshooting

Issue: My BT-200 doesn't turn on.
Solution: Try the following:
• Make sure the BT-200 is charged.
• Make sure the volume is turned up on your device and
the BT-200.
• Make sure you press and hold the power/phone bu on
for at least 4 seconds.
Issue: My BT-200 is not charging.
Solution: Try the following:
• Make sure the charge cable is fully inserted in the
BT-200.
• Make sure that the charge port on the headset is ee
om dust and debris.
• Make sure that you are using the charge cable that
came with your BT-200.

cable management clip.
