Thelabelstopsensor(LSS)isaphotoelectricsensorthatcontrols
theprinter'smediafeedbydetectinggapsbetweenlabelsorslots
orblackmarksincontinuousstock,dependingontheprinter's
setupinregardofmediatype.TheLSSshouldbealignedwith
thegaps,slots,orblackmarks.Ifusingirregularlyshapedlabels,
aligntheLSSwiththefronttipsofthelabels.
TheLSScanbemovedlaterallybetween5fixedpositions.There
isonepartofthesensorontopoftheuppermediaguideand
anotherpartunderneaththelowerguide.Thesemustbeadjusted
individuallytothesameposition.Usingasmallscrewdriver,push
theminwardsasfarastheygoandthenpullthemoutoneatthe
timewhilecountingtheclicksfromthesnap-locks.Aholeinthe
bottomplatefacilitatesadjustmentofthelowersensorpackage.
