Connection of the neutralising system

Burner installation

For burner installation, see sepa-
rate burner documentation.
The blast tube aperture meets the
requirements of EN 303-1.
Use the burner plate (part of the stand-
ard delivery) to mount the burner.
If the plate is not factory-fitted, drill the
burner mounting holes into the burner
flange and cut out (oxy-acetylene) the
burner aperture.

Fuels

Natural gas and LPG in accordance with
DVGW Code of Practice G 260/I and II
or in accordance with local regulations.

Neutralising system installation
instructions
1. Install the neutralising system either
behind or next to the boiler.
2. Trim the plastic hose supplied to the
required size and connect it to the
stench trap and to the neutralising
system.
3. Connect the neutralising system to
the dewatering system.
Max. blast tube aperture size: 7
350 mm
■ In the case of different dimensions,
adjust the cut-out in the thermal insu-
lation of the boiler door according to
the diameter of the blast tube.
■ After the burner installation, seal the
annular gap between the blast tube
and the thermal insulation block with
heat-resistant insulation material sup-
plied.
