4. L ocate the infrared (IR) window on the top of the meter.
5. L ocate the IR window on either the infrared cable (computer) or
PDA.
6. Put the meter on a flat surface. Point the two IR windows toward
each other. They should be 3 to 10 cm apart.
7. D o not move the infrared cable (computer), PDA, or meter during
the transfer.
8. Follow the prompts on the software.

9. The software program may shut off the meter automatically when
the data transfer is complete.
