Changing Configuration Parameters

You can configure the following card parameters:
Link negotiation
Rx (receive) flow control
Tx (transmit) flow control
To change the configurable parameters:
From the Start Menu on the Windows desktop, select Settings and then Control Panel.

The Control Panel window opens.
Double-click on the Network icon.

The Network window opens.
Click on the Adapter tab.

Click on NETGEAR GA620 Giagbit Ethernet Card, and then click on Properties.
4.
The Properties window opens.
Click on the parameter boxes to disable (not selected) or enable (selected) the parameter.

Click on OK to accept the settings.

Updating the Driver Software

To replace old driver software with a newer version:
Start your Windows NT system and log in.

You must have Network Administrator privileges to install the driver software.
From Start on the Windows desktop menu, select Settings and then Control Panel.

The Control Panel window opens.
Double-click on the Network icon.
3.
Click on the Adapters tab.
4.
Any previously installed software drivers are listed in the Network Adapters list.
Click on the adapter that you want to update.
