Addition and subtraction can be
accomplished
with the
carriage in
any
position but
it is
suggested
that the carriage
be
placed in posi-
tion

left
as possible.
The
most rapid and
efficient way to
add and subtract
is
with
the
non-repeat
key depressed so the
numbers
automatically clear
from
the
keyboard.
