If You Forget a Code or
Password
If you forget your security code, contact Verizon Wireless.
If you forget your unlock code, try entering 1234 or the last
4 digits of your phone number. If that does not work, do the
following at the Enter Unlock Code prompt:

> New Passwords
To
scroll to the code or password

select the code or password
enter your old code
submit your old code
enter the new code
assign the new code
re-enter the new code
confirm the new code
To
go to the unlock code bypass
screen
enter your security code
submit your security code
