Note: Turning on the status light substantially reduces
your phone's standby time, the length of time that your
phone's battery retains power when the phone is turned on
but is not in use.

Adjusting the Volume

Press the up or down
volume buttons to:
• increase or decrease
earpiece volume
during a call
• increase or decrease the ringer volume setting when
the idle display is visible (Note: the flip must be open)
• At the lowest volume setting, press the down volume
button to switch to silent alert. Press the up volume
button to reset ring alert (Note: the flip must be open)
• turn off an incoming call alert

Using the Push to Talk Button

With the flip open, press the
Push to Talk button (I) to
display your PTT Contacts list
and to place calls with other
Push to Talk subscribers.
