Evidence of conformity (CE) is based on the European
Recreational Craft Directive (94/25/EC and 2003/44/EC).
This directive is mainly focused on increasing trade between
the Member States of the European community. These include
requirements relating to stability and structure. These
requirements are minimum requirements.
Nothing in this Act and/or standards relieve the skipper/owner
of his or her responsibility!
The granting of a category does not warrant that the craft is
suitable for all conditions within this category. Some conditions
relating to wave heights and winds within this category could pose
a safety hazard to the craft.
The Quickboat is inspected and certified by:
Dutch Marine Inspection BV, Notified Body for pleasure
crafts according to Directive 94/25/EG and 2003/44/EG:
