4.2.4 Other errors

1) Multi-Feeding
Description : Multiple sheets of paper are fed at once.
1. Solenoid malfunction
(the solenoid does not work properly)
2. Pick up/Retard/Forward
roller are contaminated with

4. Alignment and Troubleshooting
foreign matter.
Replace the solenoid if necessary.
Clean the contaminated roller with
soft cloth with Isopropyl Alcohol.
